Three years out. It is not any easier to deal with losing Jesse in the physical plane – but we do our best. One discovery for me has been experiencing love songs in a new light – as a father to a son. Most recently “Sorry-Grateful” from Stephen Sondheimʻs “Company” captured the tension between the pain and loss and being joyful and thankful for what we had, what we still have in terms of memories.
